Salesperson and Job Site Management

Martins Home Experts is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves selling painting and carpentry projects while also assisting in managing jobs from start to finish. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has experience in painting and carpentry, and is confident working with customers and field crews.

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients and provide estimates for painting and carpentry projects Sell services and follow up with leads Coordinate and support projects from start to completion Communicate with customers, office staff, and field teams Ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines Assist with scheduling and job planning

Requirements:

Fluent English (required) Experience in painting and/or carpentry Strong communication and sales skills Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle to travel to the shop. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

Portuguese and/or Spanish (preferred, not required) Experience with exterior remodeling projects is a plus

Compensation:
