Regarded as one of the top high-end commercial millwork firms, we specialize in Architectural Millwork, Stone, Metals, Upholstery, and many other specialty packages. With over 50 project managers, engineers, craftsmen, and in-house field teams, we are looking for new team members to join our growing organization. Our experience includes restaurants, offices, healthcare, laboratories, high-end residential homes, hospitality, and boutique retail. Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Cabinetmaker Millwork Craftsman and play a vital role in creating high-quality custom millwork and cabinetry. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work alongside skilled artisans, assisting in the fabrication, installation, and restoration of fine woodwork and millwork projects. Ideal candidates are eager to develop their craftsmanship skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, and contribute to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Your hands-on expertise and attention to detail will help bring beautiful, functional spaces to life. Duties Assist in the fabrication of custom cabinetry, trim, and millwork using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques Support the installation of cabinets, doors, fixtures, and other millwork components on construction sites or in restoration projects Read blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to ensure precise craftsmanship and accurate assembly Help with framing carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall installation, and other related construction tasks as needed Participate in restoration projects involving water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, siding replacement, and mold remediation Support heavy lifting and material handling to ensure safety and efficiency during project execution Contribute to quality control by inspecting finished work for accuracy, fitment, and finish standards Requirements Prior experience or training in carpentry, woodworking, or millwork fabrication is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site procedures Proficiency with hand tools (saws, chisels, drills), power tools (routers, sanders), CNC machines or fabrication equipment is a plus Knowledge of various construction disciplines including framing carpentry, metal stud framing, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical work or plumbing is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as required on job sites Strong attention to detail with a commitment to craftsmanship excellence Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude We're excited to welcome motivated individuals eager to grow their skills within the restoration industry! Benefit Package Offerings:
