We are looking for a Lead Installer who takes pride in their work, can lead on-site, and wants to grow with a company that values quality and professionalism. Position Overview
  • Lead installation for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
  • Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to company standards
  • Serve as the primary installer and on-site point of execution Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and lead installation of cabinetry, trim, and finish work
  • Accurately measure job sites for cabinets, materials, and layouts
  • Interpret plans, drawings, and the scope of work
  • Ensure all installations meet quality standards
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
  • Coordinate with the Field Supervisor and the Project Manager
  • Identify and communicate issues early to avoid delays
  • Document progress using company tools and software Measurement & Technical Skills (Critical)
  • Ability to take precise field measurements for kitchens and bathrooms
  • Understand layout, spacing, and fit for cabinetry and finishes
  • Identify potential measurement conflicts before installation
  • Ensure accuracy to prevent rework and delays Qualifications
  • Proven experience in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling
  • Strong carpentry and installation skills
  • Ability to read and follow plans and specifications
  • Experience leading or working independently on job sites
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Reliable and accountable work ethic Preferred Attributes

  • Problem-solving ability in the field
