ReNewIt by Kurtis ReNewIt by Kurtis, a division of Kurtis Kitchen & Bath, is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Cabinetry Refacing Installers to perform kitchen and bathroom cabinet refacing projects in residential homes. This role is focused on field execution and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes, maintaining clean job sites, and representing the company professionally in customers' homes. What You'll Do Remove and replace cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and hardware Prepare and reface cabinet boxes using veneer, laminate, or RTF materials Install and align doors, drawers, and hardware for a clean, finished look Complete detail work and touch-ups to ensure a factory-quality finish Maintain a clean, protected, and organized job site Communicate professionally with homeowners during installation Coordinate with ReNewIt Project Managers to ensure quality and quick job completions What You Bring Experience in cabinet refacing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation or millwork Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and follow provided scope of work Excellent communication skills and customer service understanding What We Offer Paid training and structured career path Full-time, year-round work Paid sick and vacation time Benefits eligibility within 30 days of hire Monthly vehicle reimbursement Opportunity for wage increases after training completion Supportive team environment and professional development
