Job Description

Direct Labor We are searching for an experienced Direct Labor at our Kalamazoo, MI facility. $17 to start and ability to earn $18.75 within a year
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary Sets up and operates variety of woodworking machines and uses various hand tools to fabricate and assemble doors by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Sets up and operates woodworking machines such as power saws, jointer, molder, and shaper, to cut and shape parts from wood stock. Trims component parts of joints to ensure snug fit Bores holes for insertion of screws or dowels. Glues, fits, and clamps parts and subassemblies together to form complete unit. Drives nails or other fasteners into joints at designated places to reinforce joints. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
