We specialize in kitchen cabinet refinishing, color changes, and refacing , and we're looking for someone who already has hands-on experience in cabinet painting or fine finish work — not just general wall painting. This is a full-time position with steady indoor work , working in customers' homes transforming kitchens with high-quality results.. Responsibilities Paint and refinish kitchen cabinets (doors, frames, and boxes) Perform detailed prep work (cleaning, masking, maroon 3M pad prep) Apply finishes using HVLP spray equipment Install and remove cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and hardware Assist with cabinet refacing projects (door replacement, adjustments) Maintain a clean, professional jobsite in customers' homes Deliver high-quality, consistent finish results Requirements Qualifications 2+ years experience in cabinet painting, refinishing, or fine finish work

REQUIRED
