Hex Equipment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Woodworking Professional to join our production team in Saginaw, MI. We specialize in high-end wellness and recovery technology, and we are looking for a craftsman who takes pride in building premium, American-made products. Core Responsibilities Precision Fabrication:

Interpret shop drawings to cut, shape, and assemble high-quality wood components for our wellness units.

Assembly & Joinery:

Utilize advanced joinery techniques to ensure structural integrity and a seamless aesthetic finish.

Finishing:

Sand, stain, and seal wood surfaces to meet our "brushed" and polished quality standards.

Machine Operation:

Safely and expertly operate a variety of shop tools, including table saws, routers, planers, and CNC machinery.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect finished pieces for defects or inconsistencies to ensure every unit leaving our facility is perfect.

Required Qualifications Technical Skills:

Understanding of wood and wood working.

Tool Proficiency:

Experience with both hand tools and industrial power tools.

Detail-Oriented:

Ability to work with tight tolerances and follow exact specifications.

Team Player:
