- Supreme Counters is seeking an Experienced Cabinetmaker / Millwork Fabricator to join our growing production team.
We are looking for individuals with experience in cabinet fabrication, woodworking, architectural millwork, commercial casework, laminate work, or custom cabinetry manufacturing. This position works directly with shop drawings, CNC-produced components, laminates, hardware, and assembly processes to build high-quality commercial cabinetry and millwork projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works well in a fast-paced production environment, and enjoys being part of a team that builds quality products for healthcare, hospitality, multi-family, and commercial projects.
RESPONSIBLITIES
(include but are not limited to) : Assemble commercial cabinetry, architectural millwork, and casework components Read and interpret shop drawings and production paperwork Work with laminates, hardware, edge banding, and cabinet components Glue, clamp, fasten, and assemble cabinetry and millwork products Operate woodworking equipment such as edge banders, table saws, routers, and related shop equipment Install hinges, drawer hardware, pulls, and related cabinet accessories Work closely with Engineering, CNC operators, and Production Managers to maintain workflow efficiency Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist with troubleshooting fabrication and assembly issues when needed Support team production goals and project deadlines
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
We are specifically seeking applicants with experience in one or more of the following: Cabinet fabrication Architectural millwork Commercial casework Woodworking production Laminate fabrication Custom cabinetry Edge banding equipment CNC woodworking environments Blueprint or shop drawing reading Assembly and woodworking tools
QUALIFICATIONS 1-2
years of woodworking, cabinetmaking, millwork, or fabrication experience preferred Ability to read shop drawings or blueprints Familiarity with woodworking tools and production equipment Understanding of cabinet construction methods and materials Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work efficiently in a production environment Good communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position works primarily in a woodworking and manufacturing environment around active production equipment and machinery. Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting materials, working with woodworking tools and equipment, and working in a fast-paced shop environment.
