Eagan, MN 55121 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our team in Eagan, MN. The Installer will be responsible for the professional installation of products and equipment at customer locations, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Install products and equipment according to company standards and customer specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions. Ensure all installations meet safety and quality guidelines. Communicate effectively with customers to explain installation processes and answer questions. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in installation or a related field preferred. Ability to read and understand technical documents and instructions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various physical conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Work Environment This position involves working at customer sites in Eagan, MN, and surrounding areas.
