Job Description

Job Summary We are growing and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Cabinet Builder to join our cabinet manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and assembling, custom cabinets with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality finished products that meet client specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct cabinets and related fixtures. Fabricate cabinet components using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and woodworking equipment. Assemble cabinet parts ensuring proper fit, finish, and functionality while adhering to safety standards. Install cabinets, doors, fixtures, and hardware on-site with precision, including door hanging and fixture installation. Perform some finishing tasks such as sanding. Complete complex tasks in a given time period, adjusting for changing priorities. Assures that the work area and aisles are kept clean and free of debris. Assists in training of team members to meet established standards. Assures that parts or subassemblies and finished product are labeled correctly. Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication and installation process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship. Requirements Proven experience in cabinet building, trim carpentry, or related construction fields. Appreciation for the details of cabinet installation is a plus. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings specific to cabinetry and fixtures. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and woodworking equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to read technical schematics accurately. Valid experience in wood working safety protocols along with strong communication skills for team collaboration. Join us in creating exceptional cabinetry that transforms spaces! Pay:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
