Job Description
MSW is a family-owned company in Joplin with a growing team and room for you! We are celebrating our 50th year and that is in part due to our amazing Team that are like family, many have been with MSW for decades. Our work environment is a custom job-shop, not a repetitious assembly line. At MSW, we build custom commercial seating and cabinetry for national and local customers, so we are constantly adapting and learning new processes. A Building Team Member at MSW will have the opportunity to work in a variety of trades within our shop including cabinet building and assembly, upholstery, counter top fabrication, wood finishing, welding, and machine operation. All Team Members must be able to read and take measurements, read basic technical drawings, and be comfortable using power tools such as nail guns, sanders, and saws.
