Skilled Cabinetmaker or Millworker

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and cabinet fabrication, with the ability to lead and manage projects and people. This role requires precision and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for creating high-quality cabinets that meet our clients' specifications. Duties Utilize hand tools and power tools to build and fabricate cabinets according to design specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Measure and cut materials using calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy. Assemble cabinet components, ensuring quality craftsmanship throughout the process. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of quality. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, including machining and assembly processes. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, ensuring high-quality output in all projects. Leadership qualities and organizational skills are a plus. Possess critical thinking skills.
