In this role, you will be responsible for building, making, and finishing custom cabinetry for clients. You'll work with a variety of materials, tools, and machinery to bring precise designs to life. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and build custom cabinets and related millwork according to detailed blueprints and schematics Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical plans to ensure accurate fabrication and installation Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Perform trim carpentry tasks, including door hanging, framing, siding installation, and final finish work Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship. Safely lift and move materials, components, and completed products throughout the shop and job sites. Collaborate with managers, designers, and clients to ensure specifications are met and projects stay on schedule Assist with site preparation including heavy lifting, framing, drywall work, caulking, siding, roofing, and other related tasks as needed for comprehensive project completion. Consistent and reliable attendance. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years cabinetry building experience Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and cabinet assembly. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and experience working on residential projects Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks regularly Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to craftsmanship excellence Why Join Us?
