Custom cabinet, door, millwork shop

Job Overview :

We are a small custom woodworking shop looking for a motivated finisher to join our team. Our work ranges from custom cabinets and built-ins to detailed architectural millwork and professional grade finishing. Prior experience is heavily preferred but we are willing to train if the right candidate shows interest and skill. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth within our company.

Duties :

Sand, prep, stain and spray finishes (lacquer, paint etc.) Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain quality control and attention to detail Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Qualifications:

- Previous wood finishing experience preferred but also willing to train the right candidate -Finishing experience (spray booth, stains, paints) a strong plus We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.
