In this role, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality custom cabinets tailored to client specifications, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and functional excellence. Your expertise will help transform spaces with beautifully crafted cabinetry that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential kitchens and high end custom homes all while honing your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately build custom cabinets and related millwork components Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinetry parts with precision Measure and mark materials for cutting and assembly, ensuring exact fit and alignment for seamless installation Perform heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely while maintaining a clean and organized workspace Install cabinets, fixtures, doors, and hardware on-site following project specifications and safety standards Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards Experience Proven experience in carpentry or woodworking with a focus on custom cabinetry or millwork fabrication Knowledge of construction blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and schematic diagrams Hands-on experience with trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall finishing (plastering/stucco), roofing, flooring installation, tile laying or related construction trades is a plus Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and experience working on construction sites or remodeling projects Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., chisels, saws), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), CNC machinery or other fabrication equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various environments including restoration industry settings or manufacturing facilities Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems related to cabinetry or fixtures is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to creating beautiful custom cabinetry that transforms spaces!
