• Full-time We're looking for a skilled, all-around carpenter to lead residential cabinet installations and handle related field work, including warranty and punch-list repairs.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of jobs in the field, problem-solve independently, and maintain high-quality workmanship across a variety of finish carpentry tasks.

Responsibilities:

Lead residential cabinet installations from start to finish Read plans, verify layouts, and make accurate field adjustments Manage jobsite flow and keep installs moving without constant direction Handle punch-list, warranty, and repair work as needed Coordinate with project managers and other trades Maintain clean, professional job sites and strong client-facing presence Ensure high-quality finish work that meets company standards What we're looking for: Strong residential carpentry / cabinet installation experience Ability to problem-solve independently in the field Broad finish carpentry skillset (repairs, adjustments, punch work, etc.) Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage jobsite priorities Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Pay:

$25

• 30/hr depending on experience and capability We're looking for someone who can run jobs, solve problems in real time, and be trusted with both installations and high-level finish work.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. Reliable Transportation (Truck) Valid driver's license. Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures. The ability to safely operate power tools.
