With the headquarters located in Charlotte, NC we create, build, and install custom casework and architectural millwork products that satisfy a diverse range of commercial customers and markets that include corporate offices, retail spaces, restaurants, medical facilities, hospitality establishments, churches, schools and universities. Job Overview We are seeking (2) experienced Custom Woodworkers to start up our new 46,000 sq. ft. Charlotte NC manufacturing facility. 3 years minimum experience building such items as reception desks, planter boxes, ceiling and wall panel systems, custom furniture and cabinetry products, etc. Ability to read Architectural/Shop drawings, work with a variety of powered equipment and power hand tools, understanding of veneers, laminates and plywoods is critical. This is a fast-paced, high-quality, team-oriented working environment. Job Duties Capable of reading and understanding construction drawings Understanding of different woodworking construction techniques Familiar with material characteristic of hardwoods, veneers, and laminates Capable of effectively handling both hand and power woodworking tools Capable of building a variety of custom cabinet and millwork products Capable of prepping and detailing product for final finishing Logically thinks through and determines the sequence of manufacturing steps Capable of organizing and selecting desired products/panels meeting AWI specs •Actual Pay Range will be determined by individual's related work experience
