Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Woodworker / Assembly specialist, where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will bring custom projects to life! In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and finishing high-quality wood products and fixtures. Your expertise will contribute to a variety of projects, from cabinetry and furniture to restoration and remodeling tasks. This position offers an energetic environment where your skills in carpentry, fabrication, and construction will be valued and utilized daily. Whether working on-site or in our manufacturing facility, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional craftsmanship to our clients. Duties Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood components using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and schematics Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, siding, molding, and trim with precision and care Perform framing carpentry tasks including metal stud framing and concrete forming as needed for various projects Will assist with packing product as required. Assist with fabrication tasks including metal work, woodworking projects, and custom fixture creation Other duties as assigned by supervision. Requirements Proven experience in carpentry or woodworking with a strong understanding of construction estimating and project planning Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other fabrication equipment Ability to read tape measure, angle gauges, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of construction industry standards including framing (metal or wood), siding installation, drywall finishing (plastering), roofing techniques, and flooring installation Experience with restoration industry practices such as mold remediation and water damage restoration is a plus Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces safely Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Valid experience in construction site environments with familiarity in safety protocols and quality standards Join us to craft exceptional wood products while advancing your skills in a vibrant environment that values craftsmanship and innovation!
