This proprietary solution is stronger and more resilient than traditional epoxy, delivering a long-lasting, high-performance finish. In this role, you'll support the installation team in preparing surfaces, mixing materials, and applying coatings that meet our exacting quality standards. You'll receive hands-on and classroom training designed to build your technical skills, with a clear path to grow into a Lead Installer role. What You'll Do:
