As one of the top window providers in the Midwest, Rusco offers a wide range of windows, doors, siding, and cabinets for both residential and commercial needs. They specialize in energy-efficient products and serve North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. Role Description This is a full-time role as a Retail and Commercial Cabinet Design Assistant located in Fargo, ND. The Cabinet Design Assistant will be responsible for designing cabinet and countertop layouts for customers, working closely with team members, and ensuring accurate measurements and product execution from concept though installation. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities Design cabinetry and countertop layouts for residential and commercial spaces Utilize 20/20 Cabinet Design software to create detailed plans, renderings, and pricing Conduct final field measurements to ensure accuracy prior to order and installation Assist customers in the showroom with product selection, materials , and design options Maintain and update showroom displays, samples and overall presentation Collaborate with sales, project managers, and installers to ensure project success Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specs Stay current on cabinetry trends, materials, and product offerings Provide excellent customer service throughout the design and sales process
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
