Floor Decking Layout

Layout, mark, cut and install floor board & decking lengths and cut holes needed for each floor unit in accordance with required specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Set floor on rolling dollys using hoists. Install fiberglass insulation on rim joists. Frame in 2x3's for stairwell and crawlspace Cross measure for square Install string line to meet required alignment. Layout, mark, and cut OSB boards to lengths before measuring and cutting holes for plumbing. Glue floor joists and install OSB boards using a nail gun and other air powered tools. Router off last row of stairwells.
