Job Description

We are a small, local custom cabinetry shop that serves high-end customers and contractors in the Lakes Region and beyond. We are looking for an experienced cabinet maker that knows how to use all shop equipment and is both safety and quality conscious.
Applicant must:
Have at least 3 years experience building cabinetry and/or furniture. Please DO NOT apply if you are not an experienced cabinetmaker! Want to be part of a team and work well with others Be detail oriented Be able to lift 75 lbs. and be able to meet the physical demands needed both in the shop and in the field Have a valid NH Drivers License Hired employee will: Work in a clean, fun and safe environment Enjoy competitive pay, paid holidays, merit pay increases and earn PTO to be used as you see fit! Your knowledge, experience and attitude all play an important part in pay rate. Have a break room with free water and coffee Responsibilities Build and assemble cabinetry and related millwork using hand and power tools with precision. Read rough and detailed blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications to determine dimensions and materials. Install trim, facings, doors, drawers, and hardware; perform adjustments for proper fit and operation. Measure, cut, sand, finish, and assemble components; ensure edge detailing and surface quality meet standards. Maintain tools and equipment; adhere to safety protocols and site procedures; collaborate with supervisors and team members.
