In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinets and woodworking projects that meet precise specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship, work with advanced tools, and contribute to custom residential and commercial projects. A passion for precision, a strong work ethic, and experience in the restoration or manufacturing industry are essential for success. Candidate needs to have atleast 7 yrs experience. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and finish custom cabinetry using hand tools and power tools. Perform framing carpentry, metal stud framing, and drywall finishing as needed for cabinetry projects Conduct quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure craftsmanship standards are met Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure specifications are accurately executed Assist with other construction tasks such as caulking, siding installation, flooring, tile laying, or roofing when required Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to safety protocols and properly handling heavy lifting equipment Qualifications Proven experience in woodworking, cabinetry fabrication, or custom carpentry with a focus on cabinet making Proficiency with hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers), power tools (drills, sanders), CNC machines, and fabrication equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during fabrication or installation processes Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for to go from and to work Join our team to craft exceptional custom cabinetry that elevates living spaces!
