Full Job Description Overview Join our dynamic team as a Finish Carpenter, specializing in Closet and Cabinet Installation! In this role, you will bring expert craftsmanship and attention to detail to residential and commercial projects, transforming spaces with precision and quality. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom closets, cabinets, trim, and finish carpentry components with accuracy and care Read blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to ensure precise installation and fabrication of cabinetry and finishing touches Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently to complete projects on time Perform surface preparation tasks such as caulking, sanding, plastering, or painting to achieve a flawless finish Install fixtures, hardware, doors, siding, moldings, and other finishing elements according to project specifications Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate installation schedules and ensure seamless project flow Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols at all times Experience Proven experience in finish carpentry, cabinet installation, or related construction roles with a focus on detailed craftsmanship Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Hands-on experience with trim carpentry, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall finishing (plastering/stucco), and flooring installation Familiarity with the use of hand tools (saws, chisels), power tools (drills, sanders), CNC machinery or fabrication equipment is a plus Background working on construction sites involving rebar installation, masonry work, roofing or water damage restoration is advantageous Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform heavy lifting tasks regularly during installations Knowledge of the restoration industry or experience in remodeling projects enhances your suitability for this role Join us in creating beautiful spaces through expert craftsmanship! Pay:
$18.00 – $35.00 per hour
