In this hands-on role, you will build and install custom cabinetry and woodwork for high-end and commercial van conversions. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your carpentry skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment while delivering exceptional craftsmanship that enhances our clients' experiences. Key Responsibilities Cabinetry making Fabricate and install custom cabinetry for van conversion projects Work with plywood materials Laminates (Formica) Operate woodworking machinery and tools, including: Table saw, sliding table saw, miter saw Router and router table Band saw, drill press Reciprocating saw Screw guns and general power tools Qualifications & Experience Previous experience as a cabinet maker, carpenter, or woodworker (shop or construction environment) Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and attention to detail Strong knowledge of cabinetry, custom woodworking Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Hands-on experience with woodworking tools and machinery Experience working with laminates, finishes Ability to translate technical designs into precise, high-quality builds Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience in the automotive field is a plus (not required) Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines Maintain a clean and organized workspace Work Environment Shop-based Fast-paced, team-oriented production environment Focus on custom van and vehicle conversions Embark on a rewarding career where your technical skills make a tangible difference!
