We have work available for a variety of experience levels and encourage anyone who may be interested in learning the woodworking business to come talk to us.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
ENTRY LEVEL WOODWORKERS
High School diploma or equivalent. An interest in the woodworking industry and a willingness to learn quickly and hands-on. Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment a plus. Must have own set of basic hand tools The ability to read construction plans and drawings (will train) Pay based on experience
MANUFACTURING WOODWORKERS
2+ years of experience in the manufacturing of cabinets and casework, countertops and millwork. Basic knowledge of fabrication methods of cabinetry and countertops. Experience with plastic lamination techniques a plus. Knowledge of AWI standards. Will train. Must have own set of basic hand tools The ability to read construction plans and drawings Pay based on experience
OVERALL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
for
ALL POSITIONS
Have a strong quality related work ethic to minimize rework Keep work area and tools organized and clean Strong communication skills, reading, writing, speaking Smart phone for timecard documentation Work with a safety-oriented mindset Must have own set of basic hand tools of the trade Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks Must be physically able to lift and carry 75+ pounds A valid NM driver's license with a clean driving record to drive our vehicles (Required for Installer position, Preferred for all others.)
JOB TYPE
Full time Holiday pay Personal Time off pay Work hours 7am to 3:30 PM Monday to Friday with occasional overtime requirements.
