Full-Time Position Summary Valley Cabinets LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable Cabinet Maker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in custom cabinet fabrication, assembly, installation, and finishing for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. This position requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Primary Responsibilities- Build, assemble, and install custom cabinetry and millwork components
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and laminate materials
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Install cabinets, trim, hardware, drawers, doors, and specialty components
- Perform cabinet modifications and adjustments during installation
- Maintain high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Load, transport, and unload cabinetry materials and tools as needed
- Communicate effectively with project managers, installers, and customers
- Maintain a clean and organized shop and job site
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Troubleshoot installation or fabrication issues in the field
- Assist with shop production and fabrication as needed Qualifications
- Previous experience in cabinet making, finish carpentry, or woodworking preferred
- Ability to read measuring tapes and construction drawings accurately
- Experience using table saws, routers, sanders, edge banders, and power tools
- Knowledge of cabinet construction methods and materials
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work in both shop and field environments
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism Preferred Skills
- Experience with custom kitchens and bathroom cabinetry
- Laminate and veneer application experience
- Cabinet installation and field modification experience
