Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cabinet Maker, Millwork Specialist, and Painter-Finisher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting custom cabinetry, intricate millwork, and finishing surfaces with precision and artistry. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality projects across residential, commercial, and restoration industries. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment that values attention to detail, safety, and innovation. All roles are paid positions, including internships. Duties Construct and assemble custom cabinets, millwork components, and furniture using hand tools and power tools with accuracy and efficiency Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication and installation of cabinetry and fixtures Perform surface preparation, sanding, staining, painting, and finishing to achieve smooth, durable surfaces that meet project specifications Install cabinetry, doors, trim, siding, fixtures, and other woodwork on-site or in manufacturing settings Execute framing tasks such as metal stud framing or wood framing for interior or exterior structures as needed Utilize fabrication techniques for custom projects involving CNC machinery or traditional woodworking methods Operate various hand tools (e.g., chisels, saws), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), and heavy equipment safely Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and project timelines Requirements Proven experience in cabinetry disciplines such as trim carpentry, frame carpentry, or cabinet installation within construction or restoration industries Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools specific to woodworking and finishing tasks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation or finishing work Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and reading technical drawings effectively Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship that transforms spaces!
