Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team and handle final punch-list items on residential construction projects. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of all phases of construction.
Responsibilities:
Complete end-of-job punch lists with precision and efficiency Perform light plumbing and electrical work Install windows, doors, and cabinetry Handle trim, hardware, and minor finish carpentry tasks Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements:
Must be proficient in multiple trades and have strong problem-solving skills Must have reliable transportation Ability to work independently and stay on schedule Professional, dependable, and takes pride in craftsmanship
