In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and renovating bathrooms with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets high standards of quality, safety, and functionality. Responsibilities Install bathroom fixtures including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, cabinets, mirrors, and lighting fixtures with accuracy and attention to detail Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure proper installation procedures Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, fitting, sealing, caulking, and finishing work Conduct construction inspections to verify compliance with safety standards and building codes Perform plumbing connections and electrical wiring as required for bathroom fixtures and appliances Manage demolition, restoration, and surface preparation tasks such as drywall installation, plastering, tiling, flooring installation, and painting Operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards Fabricate custom components or modifications as needed using carpentry, masonry, or fabrication skills Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety protocols throughout each project Experience Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on bathroom or interior remodeling projects Familiarity with bluebeam software for digital plans and schematics reading Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, and fixture installation techniques Hands-on experience with hand tools (e.g., saws, drills) and power tools (e.g., tile cutters, grinders) Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical schematics for precise installations Experience in various construction trades such as carpentry (trim carpentry, frame carpentry), masonry (concrete forming), roofing or stucco is a plus Knowledge of construction management principles including estimating and inspection processes Prior work involving heavy equipment operation or specialized fabrication is advantageous Join us if you're ready to build beautiful bathrooms that enhance living spaces!
