Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Cabinet Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of custom and standard cabinetry in residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets high standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinets, countertops, and related fixtures according to project specifications and blueprints Read schematics, drawings, and technical plans to ensure accurate installation aligning with design intent Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for framing, trimming, caulking, and finishing work Perform heavy lifting safely to transport and position cabinetry and materials on-site Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of installations Conduct quality inspections throughout the process to verify proper fit, finish, and adherence to safety standards Assist with other carpentry tasks such as door hanging, siding installation, or remodeling as needed Skills Extensive experience in cabinet installation with a strong background in trim carpentry and framing techniques Proficiency in construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and schematic drawing comprehension Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., saws, chisels), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), and CNC machinery for fabrication tasks Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and ability to perform heavy lifting safely Familiarity with water damage restoration, mold remediation, or restoration industry practices is a plus Ability to perform precise measurements for custom fabrication including rebar installation or masonry work when required Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical experience related to fixture installation and remodeling projects Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to deliver exceptional results!
