What You'll Do As part of our fabrication team, you'll be hands-on in shaping custom staircases and millwork that reflect top-tier design and structural excellence.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Operating a variety of woodworking machinery and tools Cutting and shaping wood to precise dimensions Building and assembling millwork, stair systems, and handrails Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Inspecting work to ensure accuracy and quality Tracking project timelines and maintaining clean, safe workspaces Supporting team needs with flexibility and a positive attitude What We're Looking For That you're a seasoned carpenter with an eye for detail and a passion for your craft. You bring reliability, craftsmanship, and initiative to everything you do.

Our ideal candidate has:

5+ years of hands-on carpentry or woodworking experience Passion for bringing projects to fruition Proficiency with shop tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions Strong work ethic and minimal need for supervision Ability to lift and move materials independently Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Willingness to pass a drug screening Why Join Us?
