WHAT TO BRING

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry, millwork, and architectural wood components to BSD quality standards Interpret and build from shop drawings, plans, and specifications with accuracy and efficiency Maintain precision, consistency, and craftsmanship across one-of-a-kind residential projects Collaborate with shop leadership, project teams, and field staff to meet production schedules Support installation efforts in the field as needed to ensure proper fit and finish of millwork packages
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS
Strong working knowledge of custom cabinetry, millwork, and fine woodworking Proficiency with woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in custom woodworking, cabinetry, furniture making, or architectural millwork required Experience working in a cabinet shop or custom millwork environment preferred Demonstrated ability to read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and specifications Hands-on experience with woodworking machinery, power tools, and fine hand tools An eye for detail and aesthetics to achieve a high quality finished product Patience, creativity, and dedication to the highest level of craftsmanship.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication. The hourly wage for this role is $26-32 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
