Previous experience in cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, or a similar manufacturing role Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements Proficient with hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift moderate to heavy materials (up to ~50 lbs) Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a production environment Why This Role? Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and related materials Operate woodworking equipment such as saws, sanders, routers, and CNC machinery (if applicable) Assemble cabinet components, including frames, doors, drawers, and hardware Ensure all finished products meet quality and safety standards Perform sanding, finishing, and minor repairs as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly output goals Not Just Talk.
