Job Description
We are looking for an experienced remodeler for a residential kitchen demo and restoration project in Lima, OH. This is a single project with strong potential for ongoing work with our company. Scope of Work Demolish and dispose of existing kitchen soffit Remove existing cabinetry Remove existing tile flooring Drywall patching, tape, and texture to match existing Paint touch up Requirements Proven experience in demo and drywall finishing Proficiency with hand tools and power tools Ability to perform heavy lifting Must have own tools Valid driver's license required Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks Pay $1,500 - $2,000 flat rate based on experience. Paid upon completion.
