Job Description
This is a 1099 position. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Remodeling Contractor to execute residential and commercial renovation projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about craftsmanship and delivering exceptional results Requirements Proven experience in construction management or remodeling projects with a strong background in carpentry, framing, roofing, masonry, or related trades Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication processes Knowledge of construction inspection procedures and safety regulations on job sites Skills in plumbing, electrical work, drywall installation (including plastering), caulking, glazing (glass installation), restoration work, hardscape creation, welding, concrete finishing, tile laying and concrete forming are highly desirable Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients Join us if you're eager to bring innovative remodeling visions to life!
