We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. CSSC is a division of LJ Pearson Construction. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience constructing, assembling, and finishing custom cabinetry using a variety of tools and materials. This role requires a strong understanding of woodworking techniques, precision, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings. Key Responsibilities Build and assemble custom cabinets, drawers, and casework Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications Measure, and cut materials with precision Operate woodworking machinery such as table saws, routers, planers, and sanders Install hardware including hinges, locks, and drawer slides Sand, stain, and finish cabinetry with attention to detail Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Qualifications Proven experience as a cabinet builder, cabinet maker, or similar role Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and machinery Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver's license (preferred) Preferred Skills Experience with custom or high-end cabinetry Familiarity with CNC machines or automated woodworking equipment Basic math and measuring skills Finish carpentry experience Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health / dental / vision insurance (if applicable) Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement Stable, long-term employment

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
