About Us At Four Seeds & Co., we build custom cabinetry and architectural millwork for high-end residential projects throughout the West Coast. Our work focuses on precision craftsmanship, modern design, and exceptional attention to detail. We are looking for skilled cabinet makers who take pride in producing clean, accurate, high-quality work. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Cabinet Maker to join our shop team. This role involves building custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and specialty furniture pieces from shop drawings through final assembly preparation. Team members may also assist with field installations on select projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, organized, and committed to exceptional craftsmanship at a high level. Responsibilities Build and assemble custom cabinetry and architectural millwork Read and interpret shop drawings and cut lists Machine, assemble, and fit cabinet components accurately Install cabinetry, hardware, drawer systems, and specialty accessories Maintain high quality standards and tight tolerances Work with veneer, hardwoods, plywoods, and specialty materials Collaborate with designers, engineers, installers, and shop leadership Maintain organized and clean work areas Assist with problem-solving and production improvements Participate in project installations as needed Qualifications 5+ years of experience in custom cabinetry or millwork Installation experience required Strong understanding of cabinet construction Ability to accurately read and interpret shop drawings Experience with high-end residential projects preferred Skilled with woodworking tools and machinery Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience Cabinet Vision or CNC production experience Veneer and specialty finish material experience Experience with Blum hardware systems Understanding of precision reveals and modern detailing Travel Requirements Overnight travel up to 25% may be required depending on project locations Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Medical, vision, and dental insurance Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) matching Full-time position Opportunities for growth and advancement Work on exceptional custom projects Professional, team-oriented environment Location Wilsonville, OR How to Apply Please send your resume, portfolio/photos of work, and a brief introduction describing your experience in custom cabinetry and architectural millwork.
