Our team values precision, craftsmanship, professionalism, and collaboration. We are looking for an experienced cabinet finisher who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of a flawless final product. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship. As part of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing cabinetry efficiently, accurately, and professionally while supporting overall project success. This position offers opportunities for growth as our company expands, including potential advancement into senior or lead installer roles. Responsibilities Install cabinetry with exceptional quality, precision, and attention to detail Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners and project stakeholders Report project progress and any issues directly to the Project Manager Work closely with the Lead Installer and Project Manager to ensure project expectations are met Communicate respectfully and professionally with homeowners and job site stakeholders Identify and report any installation issues, discrepancies, or site conditions Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area Follow safety standards and company installation procedures at all times Support team members and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications Proven experience installing kitchen or custom cabinetry Strong understanding of cabinetry, hardware, and installation techniques Attention to detail and high standards for craftsmanship Professional, respectful, and friendly demeanor in customer homes Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift, move, and install cabinetry and materials as needed What We're Looking For Takes pride in fine craftsmanship Is a natural communicator and team leader Enjoys working directly with homeowners Maintains professionalism on every job site Is eager to grow into an expanded leadership role Why Join Us?
