About Us We are a custom cabinetry shop dedicated to producing high-quality, handcrafted cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. Our team values precision, craftsmanship, professionalism, and collaboration. We're looking for a motivated cabinet maker who takes pride in their work and is eager to grow with us. About the Position We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker who is detail-oriented, professional, and committed to high-quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of cabinetry construction and shop tools. Responsibilities Build custom cabinetry according to shop drawings and design specifications Operate a variety of shop tools safely and efficiently (table saws, routers, sanders, etc.) Assemble, fit, and finish cabinetry components with precision Identify and resolve construction challenges in a thoughtful, solution-oriented manner Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project timelines Assist with lifting, moving, and installing cabinetry as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Participate in cross-training across other areas of the manufacturing process Follow company safety protocols and demonstrate professional conduct at all times Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a custom cabinetry or woodworking shop Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and measurements Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Competency with a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively on the job Reliable, punctual, and respectful with strong communication skills Ability to lift and move cabinetry components as required Willingness to learn, grow, and support other areas of production Why Join Us?
