Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Cabinet Installer & Interior Remodeling Carpenter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets, performing interior remodeling projects, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship across various residential and commercial spaces. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance functionality, and deliver outstanding results that exceed client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a wide range of carpentry skills, and contribute to beautiful, functional interiors. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinets, countertops, and custom millwork with precision and attention to detail Perform interior remodeling tasks including framing, drywall installation, plastering, and finishing work Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Install fixtures such as cabinets, hardware, doors, windows, siding, molding, trim carpentry, caulking, and hardware components Conduct site preparation including heavy lifting, must be able to lift 50+ lbs Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in cabinet installation and interior remodeling carpentry Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and fabrication techniques Skilled in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall finishing, flooring installation, and tile laying Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., saws, drills), power tools (e.g., sanders, nail guns), and other fabrication equipment Familiarity with plumbing, electrical work, experience is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and experience working on construction sites or in restoration environments Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics accuratelyJoin us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to exciting remodeling projects!
