Job description At Hunter & Son Custom Cabinets we are dedicated to crafting exceptional, handcrafted cabinets that transform spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. With our unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and personalized service, we strive to exceed our clients' expectations and create bespoke cabinetry solutions that enhance their homes or businesses.
Responsibilities:
- The construction of custom cabinets from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Including but not limited to:
review shop drawings, create cut list, mill parts, construct frames and cabinet boxes.- Assist with assembly and installs.
- Manage materials and inventory, ensuring the availability of resources for seamless production.
- Implement and uphold safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction challenges, promoting problem-solving skills within the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a lead builder in a custom cabinet or woodworking environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
