Job Description
Getaways On Display, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Cabinetry Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in woodworking and cabinetry fabrication. Since 1991, Getaways On Display, Inc. has provided brochure distribution services to the tourism industry throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Our office and warehouse are located just west of Lancaster, conveniently off Route 283. In addition to our distribution services, we manufacture the brochure displays used in our business and sold through Great Display Company. Responsibilities Build and assemble commercial cabinetry, brochure displays, and custom woodworking projects Operate woodworking equipment and tools safely and efficiently Work directly with the owner on custom designs and special projects Independently manage projects in the shop from start to finish Perform light warehouse and facility maintenance as needed, including: Building shelving and storage solutions Rearranging pallet racking Minor vehicle and equipment maintenance Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment Qualifications Experience in commercial cabinetry, woodworking, or finish carpentry Ability to read measurements, plans, and drawings accurately Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Reliable transportation and good attendance Forklift experience is a plus Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays Health insurance Family-friendly workplace Flexible scheduling options when possible We work hard to create a supportive environment and will do our best to accommodate the needs of the right person.
