Job Description
Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Cabinet Sales Designer to join our team. This position focuses on selling custom closets, garages, home offices, and entertainment centers. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide design guidance, and close sales. Your energetic approach will drive high-end sales, foster strong customer relationships, and ensure seamless project execution from initial concept to installation. Duties Measure spaces with exacting precision and translate client needs into beautiful, highly functional designs using your expertise. Conduct in-store product demos and provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and hardware options. Negotiate project terms, pricing, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Manage account relationships through effective communication skills, inside sales techniques, and ongoing client support. Maintain organized records of projects and customer interactions Qualifications Proven experience in layout design, or cabinetry specifically within renovation or remodeling projects. Must be able to use / read a measuring tape Strong negotiation skills combined with high-end sales experience; ability to upsell effectively.
