Compensation $33

• 38/hour based on experience, with performance-based growth (increases tied to skills development) Long-term earning potential based on growth Tools provided Five paid vacation days and five paid holidays per year About the Role This is a hybrid role combining: High-level craftsmanship Problem-solving in the field Professional interaction with clients We are looking for a Lead Installer / Carpenter to take ownership of cabinet installations in the field while supporting shop operations when needed.

You'll be trusted to run installs, solve problems, and deliver a finished product that meets our high standards. Install Responsibilities Lead and perform cabinet and millwork installations Review plans, specs, and site conditions before install Execute installs independently from start to finish Troubleshoot and solve on-site challenges (layout, plumbing, etc.) Ensure all work meets company quality standards (we aim for 98%, not just "good enough" Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and trades Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Identify punch list items and ensure proper completion Shop Responsibilities Assist in cabinet production and assembly Support workflow to ensure installs stay on schedule Maintain clean and organized shop environment Collaborate with team to prioritize work and deadlines What We're Looking For 5+ years experience in cabinet installation, finish carpentry, or similar Ability to lead installs independently Strong understanding of cabinetry, millwork, and construction Ability to read and interpret plans and shop drawings High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Strong problem-solving skills in real-time situations Comfortable working in client homes and communicating professionally Reliable transportation (ability to transport tools if needed) What Sets You Apart You take ownership
