In this role, you will be responsible for constructing sturdy, high-quality pallets that meet industry standards and customer specifications. Your expertise in carpentry, fabrication, and the use of hand and power tools will be essential to ensure efficient production and safety on the manufacturing floor. Duties Assemble pallets using various materials, including wood and metal, ensuring durability and compliance with specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively Read blueprints, schematics, and schematics to accurately follow design plans for pallet construction Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to handle raw materials and finished products efficiently Inspect completed pallets for quality control, making adjustments as needed for stability and safety Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity on the manufacturing floor Assist with other related tasks such as fixture installation, siding, or remodeling projects as required Qualifications Prior experience in construction estimating, carpentry (trim, frame, metal stud framing), or manufacturing is highly desirable Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and schematics reading Knowledge of construction site practices including rebar installation, concrete forming, plastering, roofing, masonry, or water damage restoration is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for precise assembly work Experience in restoration industry tasks such as mold remediation or plumbing is advantageous Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Join our team today to build quality pallets that support our clients' logistics needs!
