Job Description
Thank you for viewing our job posting. We are a new fast growing cabinet manufacturing facility located in Spartanburg, SC searching for highly motivated individuals to join our team. We are a family owned and operated business and have an opportunity for you to get in on the ground floor of our growing business. Wages are based on experience and position. $15-$20 Per Hour with the ability to earn more per hour based on cabinet count (flow pay). If you are highly motivated, energetic, detail oriented, team player, we encourage you to apply! There are various roles in each department for manual and machine operated tasks. All machine processes are semi-automated and require training to setup and/or operate each machine. Our manufacturing facility is focused on high volume production which involves many repetitive tasks. Finishing Department This position will be adding components to cabinets, hinging doors, and prepping cabinets for delivery. Assembly Department The assembly department is responsible for building all cabinetry and components, along with packaging and preparing orders for delivery and/or staging. This department runs on a conveyor and utilizes pneumatic staplers, Hot glue, screw guns, and packing machines to complete the process. All processes within this department are manual except packaging.
General overview of department responsibilities:
- Review order forms.
- Pick components to build cabinets.
- Assemble the cabinet carcass.
- Insert interior components into the carcass such as shelves and drawer boxes.
- Attached doors to cabinet frames.
- QC - touchup as needed.
- Apply protective wrap (machine/manual)
- Strap boxes (machine)
- Prep for shipping.
- Order review.
