$28•40+ per hour based on experience About Us We are a high-end custom millwork and cabinetry company specializing in luxury residential construction throughout the Austin area. Our projects include custom homes, luxury remodels, specialty millwork, built-ins, wine rooms, closets, libraries, and architectural woodwork. We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering a premium finished product. Responsibilities Install custom cabinetry, millwork, trim, wall paneling, and specialty woodwork in luxury residential homes. Read and interpret shop drawings, field measurements, and installation plans. Scribe, fit, level, and secure cabinetry to exact specifications. Install hardware, moldings, fillers, panels, and decorative components. Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and homeowners on-site. Maintain a clean and professional jobsite. Protect finished materials during transport and installation. Troubleshoot installation challenges while maintaining quality standards. Represent the company professionally on client-facing projects. Qualifications 5+ years of cabinet installation experience preferred. Experience installing high-end custom cabinetry and architectural millwork. Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of construction methods and finish carpentry. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to lift and carry cabinetry and work on active construction sites.
