Microvelum Cabinet Designer

Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Cabinet Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cabinet design and possess a diverse skill set in various design software and techniques, with preferred experience utilizing AutoCad along with Microvelum Duties

• Utilize AutoCad and Microvelum to Create Shop Drawings Based On Architectural Plan-Sets & Design Elevations
• Collaborate with Clients, Materials Managers, Shop Division Manager To Produce Accurate Drawings
• Provide Prompt Responses and Corrections To Redlines In Shop Drawing Phase
• Provide Very Detailed Notes On Shop Drawings
• Input AutoCad Drawings (once approved) Into Microvelum CNC Software For Production
• Work with Division Manager on Site Walks and Final Measure's
• Work with Division Manager on Meeting Key Performance Indicators For the Shop Requirements
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCad & Microvelum
• Experience in Cabinetry Fabrication, Cabinetry Installation, Cabinet Design & Wood Species
• Strong Focus To Meeting Shop Drawing Timelines
• Ability to Work With A Team
• Excellent communication skills to work with clients and team members efficiently
