Build Landmark Projects. Lead Elite Installations. Are you an experienced installer who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and leadership? Join our growing team as a Lead Stair & Railing Installer, where you'll oversee the installation of custom architectural stair systems, railings, and specialty metalwork on high-profile commercial projects. This is an opportunity to lead skilled crews, work with premium architectural products, and build projects that become lasting features of some of the region's most impressive buildings. What You'll Do Lead Installation Crews Supervise and mentor crews of 3-5 installers Coordinate daily work activities and installation schedules Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Maintain productivity while delivering exceptional craftsmanship Precision Layout & Installation Install architectural stairs, railings, and miscellaneous metals Perform field layout using benchmark (BM), control line, and finished floor (FF) elevations Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Verify plumb, level, alignment, and fit Identify and resolve field conflicts before they impact schedules Maintain Quality Standards Inspect work for quality and specification compliance Perform field modifications, repairs, and finish touch-ups Maintain high-end architectural finish standards Manage damaged materials and coordinate corrective actions Coordinate with Project Teams Communicate directly with general contractors, superintendents, and other trades Provide progress updates and address jobsite challenges Represent the company professionally with clients and project stakeholders Safety Leadership Enforce OSHA safety standards and company policies Conduct daily equipment and jobsite inspections Ensure proper PPE usage and safe work practices What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 5+ years of commercial architectural metal installation experience Proven experience leading installation crews Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings Welding and finishing experience (TIG welding preferred) OSHA certification Valid driver's license Additional Requirements Ability to travel and stay overnight when projects require Ability to pass drug screening and site-specific requirements Authorized to work in the United States Willingness to obtain additional certifications as needed Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Work at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable in active construction environments with noise and dust Ability to work extended hours when project schedules demand Apply Today If you're a skilled installer who enjoys leading crews, solving field challenges, and delivering exceptional architectural metalwork, we'd like to hear from you.
